The RenderBid Partner Program at partners.renderbid.com is run by Davison Tech LLC, doing business as RenderBid, a Colorado limited liability company ("RenderBid"). This policy explains what the program holds, why, who can see it, and what we will never do with it. RenderBid's main privacy policy at renderbid.com covers the RenderBid product itself.
Who this covers
Partners (RenderBid customers and Preferred Partners who refer contractors), the contractors they refer, and the RenderBid team members who run the program.
What we collect
- Partners: name, company, email, phone, your login (the password is stored hashed), your profile photo if you add one, your referral link activity (opens, copies, QR downloads), and the referrals and rewards credited to you.
- Referred contractors: the name, company, email, and phone given on a referral form or by a partner or the RenderBid team, the partner the referral is credited to, and where the referral stands (received, signed, live, paid, or canceled).
- RenderBid team members: name, work email, and a record of actions taken on the dashboard.
- Everyone: standard server logs (address, browser, pages viewed). A link open is stored as a salted hash of the browser, not the browser itself.
Why we use it
To run the program: credit each referral to the right partner, email partners when a referral moves, keep the leaderboard current, pay rewards and prizes, meet tax reporting duties, and help you when something breaks.
What we will never do
We never sell personal information, never share it outside the providers that run the program, and never use it to build a marketing list for anyone else.
Who can see what
Access is enforced in the database, not only on the screen. Partners see their own referrals, with the referred contractor's contact details hidden. The RenderBid team sees the whole program. The public leaderboard shows a partner's first name, last initial, company, and paid referral count; ask us and we will leave you off it.
Who runs the program for us
A database and login provider, a hosting provider, an email delivery provider, and RenderBid's own customer system, which receives program updates so the team can follow up. Data is stored in United States regions.
Partners get program emails (welcome, reminders, and an update each time a referral moves). Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all program email right away. Texts are sent only to partners who opted in.
How we protect it
Encrypted in transit and at rest, daily backups, signed connections between this program and RenderBid's systems, and access to production limited to the people who run it. If we confirm a breach affecting your information, we tell you promptly.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a partner, plus what tax and accounting rules require for rewards that were paid. Ask us and we delete the rest.
Your choices
You can update your profile whenever you are signed in, unsubscribe from email at any time, and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to Support@RenderBid.com.
Children
The program is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell partners by email first.
